  • Booking details you give us when requesting or booking a consultation: name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and what you would like to discuss. This may include health information you choose to share.
  • Messages you send to us by email.
  • Anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across websites.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

  • To schedule, prepare for and deliver your consultation, and to contact you about it.
  • To reply to your questions.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

Services we rely on

Some information is processed by trusted providers, each under its own privacy policy:

  • Cal.com for scheduling (booking details and calendar invitations).
  • Cal Pay (Cal.com’s payment service) for consultation payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.
  • Gumroad for purchases of The Gut Truth.
  • Cloudflare for hosting, security and anonymous analytics.
  • Google Meet or Zoom for consultation video calls.

Health information

Anything you tell us about your health is used only to prepare your consultation and protocol. It is kept confidential and is never shared, except with the services listed above to the extent needed to provide the consultation, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records and correspondence for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Email us. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
