Health disclaimer

Our consultations, courses, book and website content are for educational and informational purposes. They are based on nutrition, vitamin therapy and alternative-medicine approaches, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician. Do not stop or change prescribed medication, or delay seeking medical care, because of anything you read here or hear in a consultation. Always consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, supplements or treatment, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or caring for a child. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Consultations

  • Consultations are 45-minute private video calls, booked and paid in advance (currently $199 USD).
  • To reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation or email us at least 24 hours before your session.
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
  • If we need to cancel, we will offer a new time or a full refund.

Digital products

The Gut Truth is sold and delivered through Gumroad. It comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Purchases are for personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute the content.

Intellectual property

The website content, the 777 Technique materials, the book and our course materials belong to Ahmad El Basha. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the website or from acting on general information without professional medical advice.
